Boston scenes by bus.
No other route covers as much territory where African Amerians, Blacks and other minorities live and work in Boston, than the Ruggles #28 bus. It starts at Ruggles Station at Northeastern University and ends near Milton Ma and one of the oldest crosstown trolley track yards in Boston.
Along the way it goes past Roxbury Community College, the Reggie Lewis Center for Track and Field, numerous black churches and shopping districts, distinctive tenant housing and historic Roxbury homes. It passes in front of the Franklin Park Zoo and Golf Club deep in Dorchester Black Boston after it leaves the area of Grove Hall where there is the Nation of Islams Muhummad’s Mosque and shops.
